In the first quarter of 2025, the top medical apps on the Android platform in Europe showcased varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Doctolib - Your health partner maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 185K in early January. While downloads showed a gradual decline throughout the quarter, weekly active users remained robust, averaging around 7.8M.

MHRS saw a similar trend in downloads, starting strong with over 150K in early January but gradually decreasing to around 103K by the end of March. Active users initially increased, reaching a high of 6.9M in late January, before declining steadily to about 4.9M.

Shop Apotheke: E-Rezept App experienced fluctuating downloads, peaking at nearly 87K mid-February, then tapering off to about 60K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 750K.
